I want to create an standard application framework for real estate agents.

Basically, the system would work by importing a standard XML feed of properties into a database.

An iPhone app would then run queries against this database.

I want to be able then to work with any other realtors who have the same type of XML feed. They would use the same database architecture, but on their properties and of course with a different graphical, branded interface as the examples show.

This project, therefore, is a long term project and will lead to more work. You have to have capacity in your business to work on several of these projects at the same time and provide ongoing support as necessary.

Therefore, please supply examples of your existing work, apps and similar services that you provide.

If you can also used a modified version of this architecture for the Android, then that would be an advantage.
